Jeanne became an executive and leadership coach following a highly-successful and varied career in the insurance industry. She is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society who spent most of her career in a wide variety of non-technical leadership roles in corporate planning, Investor Relations, business development, strategy, marketing & communications, and sales. Immediately prior to starting her own firm, she held a Managing Principal position and led a large, successful multi-national consulting practice at a leading worldwide consultancy. During the course of her company and consulting careers, she created high-performing organizations by serving as a role model for her employees and colleagues and mentoring them to help them reach their full potential.
